And when you fall on your butt it might mean you opened too soon or it maight mean that you staid in the same position trought the jump alltogether. For eider I'd advise visualising the jump a lot and lot before doing it to gain mid air awerness. Wich is everything. To know where you are let's you know what to do.
So, visualize the all the 3 steps of the jump: 1. Jump, 2. Roll and 3. Open to land

@SiL3ntWolF17 I'm no expert but I think I can help. To use only one leg to jump kinda means that the other one will help a lot by kicking back in the air and giving hight and rotation, and the more flexibility you have the better, but I think it's kinda equivalent but more tricky.

If i do it running an only use one step to jump instead of a prebounce, does it affect my rotation? Also most of the time i open in midair and end falling in my butt any advice on that? Thank you.

@panosXris find a gymnastic mat
1)practice gymnastic rolls (not Pk rolls)
2)dive role
3)try expanding your dive rolls
4)break fall: jump , tuck and land on your back (its a martial arts thing)
5)try to finish the rotation by jumping higher and tucking tighter
you might land on your ass a thew times , Continue doing it until you get a proper landing on your feet
everything starts with progression you can't expect that a guy on the internet giving advise will make you do a front flip
