@survivorproject Yep you're right, if Samsung makes a 12mp camera, like they want to put in the Galaxy S3, but it launches at the middle of 2012 NO ONE would wait that long if they want to change their phones quick ;).The NOTE will rule until then.Yes, you're right, it might just be expensive but the GALAXY S3 will be too much expensive for the moment, so the best choice would be the Note.

I am fine with the 5.3 inch screen to be honest because it will still be front pocket friendly because its very thin. I will also be fine with the 8 MP still camera. It works well on my G S 2 but put 1080 p 60 FPs will be freaking perfect! Plus 10 MP or 12 MP will completely destroy any Nokia camera phone. Knowing Samsung...they don't hold anything back when it comes to specs.Sammy can price their high end phone competitively coz they are made by SKoreans. Not in China or Taiwan.

@survivorproject And...about the camera, Samsung won't put a 12mp camera in this phone because they can't ,the phone is too thin...But yet, you mustn't worry, it'll be around 60fps recording full HD DUE to the 1.4 Ghz dual core CPU.

@survivorproject I doubt about the Android 4.0 most likely it'll have Android Gingerbread FIRST, then i think they'll release the update to Ice Cream Sandwich soon after the GALAXY Note release, so for this point, you mustn't worry.The Note will be 5.3 inches HD Super AMOLED because THIS WILL BE THE BEST SCREEN ON THE PHONES.6.3 inches is BASICALLY IMPOSSIBLE ON A PHONE BECAUSE THEN , you should go for a tablet...Think a bit before posting this, i hope i really helped you a lot here.Cheers!!!

if Bell will carry this phone this year I will happily upgrade!

But like I did with the Galaxy S I waited for the S 2 and was not disappointed cause my SGS 2 can do most of the stuff this Galaxy Note can save the S Pen functionality and the huge Super AMOLED (not Plus) HD screen.

Will get the samsung Galaxy Note 2 if

with 1080p video capture at 60 FPS

12 MP Camera

6.3 " 1080p Super AMOLED Plus HD screen

Android 4.0 Jelly Beans OS
