By year 2012: The fastest broadband Internet speed is in Estonia, where the average download speed amounts are 46.35 Mbps and upload speed 25.44 Mbps. So we beat all world countries in average internet speed anyways even though we are much poorer country than Japan. Just being proud of my small country :D
