Having lived in Europe for quite a few years, I know that Turks don't need bad weather to have an accident - any vehicle, any road, any conditions, they'll have an accident.

@leedsm18 here in México you shouldn't stop if you are not involved in the accident and many times if you stop you'll not make anything helpful

Your assertion is clearly untrue, at least in the EU (and perhaps also in the rest of the world). You have to stop if, and only if you are involved in the accident on motorways. The rules of the road state that stopping on the motorway is forbidden. It's not question of "thinking" when you're committing a traffic violation.
Anyway in this particular occasion stopping would have been doubly dangerous as the road pavement was manifestly slippery.
