Well yes but i think there is a difference between the Native Americans and the Mexican Indians or Aztec and Mayan tribes. They are probably related though. Many Mexicans today have Spanish blood due to the colonization of Mexico. The term Mestizo is not really used today. The child of a Native indian and a Spanish european was called a Mestizo in Spain which means mixed.

@1coolguysuper k depends where you are at, they southern mestizos from guerrero etc do look like native because most are coyotes whille in the north they do look like us because they have more than euorpaean than native, castizos. and plus the mestizos almost always were born whith caucasians features but some loosed because they breed again with inidans
