That's Heartland Feeling. It's not anything like this, actually, although the main part of the song including the chorus "doesn't know shit" doesn't come in for a while; there's an intro with Beck playing a tune and describing, over it, basically what the main part of the song is going to sound like.

Does anyone know about a song Beck did, that had lyrics about people not knowing shit??? It was a classic tune that I heard years ago. It sounds like it is from the same recording as this.
