This video will explore the making of a handmade, premium cigar. After the tobacco has been grown, picked, cured, fermented, and aged, it is ready to be assembled into cigars. This video shows how the wrapper, binder and filler leaves are prepared and then put together into cigars. Different techniques for bunching and rolling the cigars are also shown.

This video is a remastered version of an earlier upload. Much higher quality, some different media and higher resolution stills.

  • I would guess that they learned how to roll a cigar fast because they are payed by how many they roll per day.

  • @0000UnDead0000 While this may be true in some cases, it is also true that some rollers are limited in the number of cigars they roll per day. Also, their pay is deducted for cigars that don't meet the quality control standards. While manufacturers are concerned with volume, they are also concerned with quality and won't sacrifice quality for volume.

  • Hey doc great vids ! I have a question for you... What drinks complament witch cigar best ? Also what types of non alcohol drinks and or sodas do you think complament cigars? Thanks !!

  • @scrapdat1 Like many foods will go with many other foods or drinks, so it is the same with cigars and libations. Many will go together depending on your own tastes.

  • @scrapdat1 It has been my experience that almost any drink can compliment some type of cigar. Some people love to drink soda, like Coke or Pepsi, along with their cigars. Others like coffee with stogies and others like various wines, beers and spirits. So, depending on your own likes and dislikes, you can try almost any drink along with a favorite cigar.

  • what does he use to glue it with?

  • @dariod2007 Vegetable-based glue.
