  • That's terrifyingly close to 1984. You guys in the UK need to put a stop to this. And by the way, I've been hearing "anti-social behavior" a lot from public security officials lately such as my countries Department of homeland security. A new word perhaps? Like the word "terrorism" it can be applied to pretty much anything. Except "anti-social" has a much broader use.

  • @nequillim True.. I have to say, in my home city of Birmingham they don't put enough normal bins on the streets, either. I'm not surprised people litter when the alternative is to walk miles carrying the crap in your hands or pockets.

  • @Kookas Well dont tell me, Tell the government of which they used there out dated curriculum in my school. Take care and thanks for then need to comment bk :)

  • @MikeFromTheUK1 Oh no, the facts are overwhelmingly supportive of one particular side! Bias, bias, bias! Perhaps your side is bullshit, then? It's not as if they only presented one view.

  • @pang5 It's about preventing the problem so you don't have to solve it when it happens - i.e. stopping the litterers so you don't have to have a street cleaner clean up after them.

  • @itsCARLDOUGLAS It could also have gone towards improving the shoddy education system that produces spelling like yours.

  • That £6,000 could have paid for a part time street cleaner, If there were more facilities for rubbish and fly tippers then there wouldnt be mush of a problem. Tecnolagey is not always the answer.

  • Are they too hard up to afford a feckin street sweeper's salary that they need a talking camera?? Which is more expensive and which keeps some poorer person in a job?
