FRRO - Mumbai (Get baby / ies home!)

This video was taken on 26 Aug 2009, our last day in India (Mumbai). The Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) is the last obstacle left in getting home with your baby / ies. It is not particularly easy to find, but thankfully it is very near St. Xavier's College, as you see in this video. It's a couple minute walk down this alley, then up to the 3rd floor, as I recall. We got there about 30 minutes before they opened and were first in line. This is highly recommended...
