When I translated into Russian in a comment for another movie, I saw about the word "lost".

But Icarus "dropped" from the sky really,

but not only was lost by someone expressed in the word "the sky".

At the least, Icarus is only "dropped thing" for Tomoki.

The author uses the ambiguity of "Otosimono"(dropped thing) in Japanese.
