His Ryu is so beastly...he doesn't even really rely on fireballs to win....his Ryu has like a "random" quite quality like Aniken's Ken....you never know quite what he's going to do cause he doesn't stick to one playstyle throughout the match...

I love it at 8:31 when ShootingD goes for that juggle and Dictator says "Anything Ryu can do, I can do better" and lands his own 3-hit juggle.
