Uhh, no. It's an Apache plugin. Unless you're running WordPress on top of your own Apache server, or your web hosting service provider offers mod_pagespeed (DreamHost does for one), you're outta luck. Of course, you could still try Google's PageSpeed service (Google is your friend).
