  • This video was done in the late 80s, after VPW moved to cable 11. Does anyone have the earlier video opening of VPW13?

  • i do not, sorry. However, do you have the daily close? I was part of a choir who closed with o'canada and god save the queen as a kid and we do not have the video anymore, would love to find it

  • I have the clip with the school kids choir singing O Canada and can put that up.

  • @geraldinejoy , ORLY...that's cool.

  • VPW was great. We used to host the interview show Free Form every Sunday night from 1977-1979. Anyone remember it?

  • I'm in Toronto now, but born and raised in Winnipeg. Moved here four years ago

  • Do you live in Winnipeg? I was there until late 1985....

  • Concerned Citizen Stan played by Guy Maddin. This would be the perfect time to resurrect that character

  • I bet it's on someone's VHS tape somewhere, I just hope it comes to light one day!

  • That was Guy Maden of "My Winnipeg" fame. I dont think you can find it these days.

  • Anyone remember the 1980's Videon show called "SURVIVAL" with the ski-mask wearing post-apocalyptic dude?? That was a true Winnipeg classic, I got in so much trouble with my parents for watching it!
