@helloukw So in this argument, the company which is encouraging a single, ubiquitous content standard, which they retain complete control over, is closed source and proprietary - _aren't_ the communists? And the company which encourages open web standards that are free to implement is the real villain?

Hey Adobe!
As a Flash Game Developer, I really hope that in 2011 you look into making it possible to use Flash as the development tool for making PlayStation Suite games, you know similar to how it's possible on the AppStore or the Android Marketplace! That's all! :)

@TheDarkestofKnight This is ONLY due to the fact NVIDIA/AMD pay 2000 (as in two thousand) developers for windows drivers and only 5(as in FIVE) work on Mac/Linux.

Adobe Flash is through and through proprietary. You cannot and should not build international standard upon proprietary technology. This will create a monopoly and route/make all solutions and technologies based on that standard automatically to monopoly owner.
Adobe should either fully opensource or die.
And I dont care how much stupid designers worship Flash - it is NOT an option.
Pay the amount of money you pay to Adobe to opensource designs and you will recieve MUCH more.

Hey love Adobe, love flash our company was founded on flash literally. Html5 is the devil lol... you know we did an experiment on the recent Google Arcade Fire HTML5 website and thanks to how HTML5 works... we were able to clone the site in about 2 seconds and make everything run and function as the original site. I think Adobe knows what I am talking about...My point is HTML5 the conman's magic tool for phishing sites.

Or we could do out with the old bloated platforms that slow everything down? Yeah.. let's go with progress not old out dated technologies like flash.

The horse's face at 1:37 made me LOL.

@axman6 You're a fool. Anyone that thinks Flash is slow and a resource hog has no idea what they're talking about.
Flash applications are as good as the developers that create them. If you have crummy flash app, blame the developer of the app, not Adobe.
hurry up and release this on web OS already dammit

@Vux911 I understand... but just so we are clear the lack of support is APPLES CHOICE/FAULT... not Adobe's. In fact, the proof that it can run on these devices is that you will soon be able to develop iPhone/iPad APPS with the Flash authoring tool... but Apple still wont support flash for its browser. This is because Apple thinks they can control your internets. Almost everything else supports flash through a browser, you can even run it on the Wii/PS3.
