training in Chacrit Muay Thai School, Bangkok, Thailand

This is a short clip of my training in Chacrit Muay Thai, under head trainer Petch. Awesome guy, and very patient and dedicated to training anyone at all, from beginners to competitive training.

The gym is located at Soi 22, Sukhumvit, Bangkok.

If anyone is wondering why I look a little flushed/exhausted, it's because I had 3 hours sleep the night before. Only did a 1 hour session that day unfortuantely. Will continue to practice every week to improve.

Will take more vid's when I visit Bangkok again in December or early 2010. Cheers for watching my video.

I trained in this gym for a few months and had a fight for them. Great place, although a bit on the quiet side at times. Pech wasn't there when I trained at Chakrit though, different guys...
