How To Unfreeze Your 30GB Zune!

My battery is probably just bad, I plug it into the charger, I get a blackish blueish screen, but thats it. It was fully charged last time I had it but Idk. I'm gonna attempt to do a recovery, if it doesn't work then a whipe, if It doesn't reconize on the cpu then i need a new battery. had my 30 Gb Zune for 4 years and I've got like 183,500 plays on it...Needs new battery most likely.

this is terrible. this will just ruin ur zune. just bress back and up button. or back and down. if still frozen, idk i wanna chuck mine at a wall >:O

hey, so i tried this this morning and when i pulled out the battery cord a white thing that made it firm kinda fell off it, and its all flimsy now, and trying to put it back together made me rip the keyboard cord, Any ideas how to fix it?

when i try 2 reset my zune, iit shows the logo n the little white load up bar but when it loads n goes 2 the black screen 4 a sec it doesnt go 2 the menu screen, the screen jst stays black n stays on til it dies. :( hopefully this vid wil work.

does this work when it gets stuck on screen 5 contact support?

Not its rare, usally if you unplug it while syncing it will freeze
