Pee Wee's Playhouse was my favorite show on Saturday Mornings. The '80s had great cartoons worth waking up to on Saturday Mornings.
-
Loved the 80's space bumpers from 83 to 86,

The New Adventures of WHO GIVES A FUCK AND NOBODY #1 AND #2

I wonder if some of the bumpers from 82-83 were inspired from Disney's Tron.
-
Speaking of Nickelodeon. they could have saved money by using these bumpers when they were co-owned with CBS
-
These bring back memories. The 82-85 fit perfectly for Saturday Supercade. Plus it looked cool with the space theme in mind.

@Cathador I believe Duckula was first featured on Danger Mouse in 1982. Where as Quackula was made a few years earlier.
-
I watched Blackstar religiously, yet have no memory of that bumper. Hmmm

Hands down, if you were a kid in this era, you were growing up at THE best time to be a kid! It's so sad that the kids of today don't have the quality programming we did.

WILL RETURN AFTER THESE MESSAGES-jj(*%^%

The 87-88 ones are the best. Talk about memories. I was 5 back then. Saturdays were so magical back then. I dunno if kids have that same feeling now
-
My favorite is the one from 1988 to 1989 and I also like the Fido bumpers from the 90s.
Quackula?
Hm did he come first or Nickolodeon's Duckula?

I don't know, but Quackula is American while Duckula is British.
