@quakov your a dumbass. this is the best aircraft that is taking over. it can lift more, go farther, faster, higher, it is more efficient in everyway than its predesessor. how do i know this you might ask???? because i fly these everyday. every aircraft has a rough path growing up. @quakov and come on man, your buds in the Corps are not grunts. they are probably admin B$#@#$% who got a joy ride and thought it was the coolest thing ever. EVERY grunt, recon, marsoc, rangers and other guys in combat have thanked the f'in lord for the osprey. why? because it went where nothing else could go. picked up more guys than your precious skids, got them out quicker and got them home safe. seriously dude, just quit while your ahead.

@quakov second point i will address- the osprey is not the most expensive ever made. yes it is expensive, because it is the first of its kind. the rolls that the v22 fulfills cannot be duplicated by any other ac. so because this costs x amount of dollars and is taking over for what 2 or 3 ac's do, your saving money. why do i have to point this out. theres many more reasons that i will respond with when you rebuttle again.

@quakov i really hope your just pulling my leg here. i will address each point you have made. The Marines upgraded skid kids because it was time for an update. the new software that they have is amazing. they can now go faster and farther than their predecessor, the skids still in use as of today. the new yankees and zulus are pretty sick. but what are they? they are LIGHT ASSAULT. 22's are MEDIUM support, logisticsand several other roles.

@SNIPERSTEVE420 @JorgeV0o7 Haha, I'm 13 and this has been one of my favorite aircraft since I was little. I was debating on whether or not to get MW3, but when I saw Ospreys in the trailer I knew I had to get it. The physics are somewhat realistic in campaign, but in multiplayer, it's a JOKE. For example, when dropping care packages it will slow down, to around 10 to 15 knots THEN start rotating the nacelles. Sometimes it even STOPS! It's a huge disappointment to say the least.

@brizzlewcu if im a dumbass, then explain why the hell did the marines upgrade the uh1s and ah1s? simply because we ran out of money and time to come up with something like the v-22, this was probably the 2nd most expensive aircraft to develop thats in service right now putting it right under the f22 raptor which that plane was ceased production. Even my 3 friends that serve in the marine corp admitted that they rather have a huey than a v-22 to get them outta the hotspots. Pretty bold statement

@micho645 the v-22 was specifically designed to replace the mh53. its faster, flys farther and quieter than any other helicopter. If you talking about reliability.... or cost efficiency... then no... the us has spent too damn much money to fund this aircraft program... i too am a fan of the mh-53 the design really looks cool

OK listen up people! The V-22 is better than any 46, 47, 53 or any other rotary aircraft, so deal with it. Like Brizzlewcu said it is taking over just like the F-35. And dont you guys worry its restricted to marine corps use only.
