noise removal is to take out the fuzzy sounds of a recording
amplifying is to make the whole track louder or softer

yes, you need to use a stereo cable, with two male jacks on it, just plug the speaker to the mic and that will cross record - there are probably easier ways, but this is the fastest I can think of in 10 seconds ;)

whats the difference between noise removal and amplifying

I dont want to record my voice, i want to record auido from the computer, if someone could please explain to me how this is done that would be great!

If Audacity is about audio, how is it that this video has poor audio (-can't miss the irony there) - I had to almost max up my computer (and stereo) to hear you. And guess what happens when you forget to turn it down!!!

it will do that if its not WAV. format.

use micro sam and record it with audacity...you just answered your own question.
Pro Quality... very well communicated... now make a tut that covers all the effects ;)
