Lol...don't become too professional: you can see they had a very healthy attitude at that age, although Mike was INCREDIBLY introverted at that stage in their career. He's barely holding himself up, looks like he needs a nap :-P

Cool video, I remember when Michael Stipe had hair. Back in the early days the hair was long, curly, and always down over one eye. Good times.

What did Pete do to his hand? They definitely look unshowered and hungover. Michael and Peter used to go out in dresses and make-up pre REM I would have killed to see that! You can see Pete is wearing eyeliner here.

Peter is everything I would look for in a guitar player. Terrific player, excellent songwriter, and doesn't feel the need to ruin songs with drawn out extemporaneous solo's that not only add nothing to the song, but take away from it's emotional, artistic, or intellectual content. Also, he does an awesome jump-kick!
