High level of evil? How about clueless dumbshits attaching themselves to egomaniacs? I believe in incomprehensible stupidity. So, I guess an American president would qualify as an evil cult leader, as in corporate interests commit genocide worldwide to enhance profit, utilizing whatever politician is handy at the moment. If there is evil it manifests as stupidity and cowardice among the masses.
