Raise Capital Gains Taxes, and the Estate Tax.
And if you want to lower taxes, perhaps lower payroll taxes.

@dustinjt - Not really. The Republicans do plan to "deal with entitlements" in order to reduce the deficit. They also plan to extend the Bush tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans.
