my life partner as well as myself suffer from CKD. my partner has been on dialysis for many years. we are now able to do his hemodialysis at home now through a program sponsored by a company called NxStage and Wellbound . it is a great thing..... thank you i feel honored that i could help contribute something that has such a diverse affect on me and my life and the life of my partner!!!!

Chronic kidney disease is devastating for patients and families. Nobody wants a patient to reach End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) or to get to the point where they need to think about a transplant, but that is the reality for many people.
