We saw his show in Hot springs...I love to hear testimonies and I love to hear a man wanting his family back..... I hope he will accomplish this, if not then he will still live for Jesus on this new path. best wishes and prayers to you
Well, I did get into his performance while in HS, though this time I saw something different. Instead of the glitz and glamour I had seen before, I saw a great performer rising above the "need" for that glitz and glamour, yet still throwing out one fantastic show of illusion. And as I had remembered, he was out in the lobby area to thank his guests for coming...I smiled, hugged him and whispered, "God isn't done with you yet". He looked surprised to hear that, but smiled as I walked away.
If you think Max is kind & loving you should have had the PLEASURE of knowing his Mother, my Aunt Jo Ann. She loved every- body she ever met as far as I know. She came down with Lou Gehrigs disease & suffered for several years with it until she became almost in a vegetative state. Even though she was always petite & probably weighed no more than 100 lbs. in her life, she was around 40 some odd lbs. when she finally was able to " go home with Jesus". She was a Saint in the flesh. I miss her so.
I still keep my autographed photo & autographed playing cards on my office wall in a large ziploc bag. I have been thinking about putting them in a fire safe. But, since I am his 1st cousin I am certain I could get another one if I just e-mailed him. He should be either in Branson or Vegas!. I am not being biased because he is my blood kin, he is one of the most talented musicians & illusionists I have ever seen. I saw Kirby Van Burch a few years ago..TOTAL waste of money! Max is 50 x better!
It was called " Exit 5 " named for the Exit 5 ramp on Interstate 40 at Van Buren, Arkansas. He is originally from Fort Smith, Arkansas, then they moved to Greenwood, Arkansas & finally they all moved to Cedarville, Arkansas when I was just a pup. He used to own a Contract Painting company in Fort Smith but decided that the love of his live... (MAGIC) was what he wanted most of all. He is my 1st cousin.... His Mother & my Mother were sisters. That is why I know all this history. B. Faulk II

Last July. I missed early show &
signed up for late show. Not enough people came
for late , so it cancelled. He told me of a nice restaurant I could go have late
dinner way on the other side of town. I went. To my surprise,
he and his children and his staff came in shortly after and I
chatted a few minutes with them.(Next time Im
in town,he'd see I get free tickets.) Best of all, I had the opportunity
to watch his interactions with his kiddos. Patient, kind, loving
