Might be a bit of a late reply but the track at 7:12 is simply an acapella or dub version of Unk feat. Baby D - Hit the DanceFloor and a sample of the lead synth from DJ Rob - Boy's Interface. He uses DJ tools like these to enhance the flow of his set. I have no idea where he got that crazy Caribbean track though.
