  • How wonderful to see such greats as Capa and Spielmann, and how great to hear Ellington's 'Rockin' in Rhythm'!

  • ChessTheBlitzer, don't be surprised, it's not for the millions. I am co-owner of the only piano magazine in a language area of 20 million people, and we only have 2,700 subscribers, although the magazine has existed for 24 years. I wish I would get 19,000 subscribers in two years' time.

  • the other is yates...bye!

  • If you are interested in these players then you must get Alekhine's book on the 1924 New York Tournament where Reti, Marshall, Capablanca and Yates were all playing, it gives a superb description of chess of that era.

  • I'm pretty sure that's Frederick Yates.

  • Who are the players at 0.20 I think it is Reti on the left and who is on the right?
