I know it was reliesed in the usa for NTSC but I dont know about PAL.

The first season is available on amazon.com and also the second one is available there, "On Demand". Quality is very good, I bought it, very satisfied.

you can get season one at walmart or amazon, but season two hasn't been released as far as I know
