" - having just started to overcome that myself I think it wouldn't be difficult to overcome with a good teacher. However, I suspect that pitch problem has more to do with trying to force a particular vocal sound instead of trying to "let a natural sound out" if you know what I mean. He needs a teacher or to stop trying so hard and just play with the sound of his own voice more.

He has poor pitch. He is singing sharp and its kind of painful for someone to listen to. His tonal "quality" is very pavorotti-esque which i'm sure is on purpose, but he doesn't have the proper musical ear to sing on pitch, that is difficult to overcome.

He falls apart right from the start to the untrained ear it is hard to pick up but he is flat right away. This is something not even pavarotti at his would do. Italians are prwund of their music and if you mess it up they take it as a personal insult to their heritage
