Thank you, BBkinchan34. I realized only a good while later that, listening word-by-word rather than getting the overall sense of the line, I had misheard & failed to grasp the fairly obvious meaning. Although I then understood what she's said, & the general meaning, I didn't know the meaning as subtly as you've described it here. Thanks!

この動画にレスポンスを付ける...*どうか変わらぬ笑顔で私を­抱きしめて As you might know, どうか　is used, when asking someone to do something, to be polite or to let him or her know that you want it very much. It could be translated like "Please hold me tight with the same smile."

*I'm not sure how whether my Japanese is correct here, & if it is, I'm not sure exactly how to translate it. Combined with the following line, it seems to mean something like, "Hold me, the one with the 'same expression for 10 days'." Perhaps　とおか or とうか means something else. Someone help me.
