While having a snack at Kings Park in Perth, we were joined by this little parrot, a "28," who insisted on his share of our cake.

it's true. i saw lots of them staying on the ground and tree... anyway, they are the most gentle parrots i've never ever met!! and they eat everything! i saw one in a park was having a drum stick....hahahaha....love them so much! me and my boyfriend call them Greeny!

My double yellowhead Amazon once (15 years ago) raided a briefly unattended box of chocolate donuts and he's still doing fine now. He ate only the exposed half of each donut, and only the chocolate frosting at that.
