I like how this guy constantly looks down at his notes like a life preserver. I am curious what his actual CEO experience on a personal level is.

A guy at work keeps telling a story of revenge shortly after being made redundant from a previous job.
He somehow managed to blag the job of children’s entertainer (‘BIG BILLY’) at the CEO’s daughter’s 4th birthday party. At the end, he gave envelopes with “Billy’s special party messages” to all the kids. These contained horrible pictures off the internet of murder scenes, autopsies & human rights abuses. He was prosecuted, but the judge called his actions “forgivable in the circumstances”.

I think having the skills to be a successful CEO is a lot about your natural leadership skills.

irony is successful CEOs neither have time nor inclination to listen to or follow such videos. Prof like these, they just examine lives of successful CEOs and interpret in their own ways and publish them. And people like you and I listen to them in a vain hope that we would one day become a successful CEO after listening and following this. I think successful CEO is all about execution with commonsense and intelligence.

Who the hell is Joseph L Bower?
A Harvard teacher but with what backing him?
I don't understand this, how can someone teach and give advice in such an adverse subject with no field experience?
He's been a teacher at Harvard for 45 years, how old is he right now?
Did he seriously start teaching BMA right when he graduated? How does that work?
