On April 29, 2009 Congressman Kucinich sponsored a briefing on Capitol Hill to inform members of Congress and their staffs about the views and recommendations from the Israeli human rights community. It also featured the findings and recommendations of three important investigations conducted in the aftermath of Operation Cast Lead, Israel's 22-day military offensive in Gaza.
