it does not seem that you are touching your knee in your previous corners... so what is your Reference? if you are pulling up your knee when touching it, that might be the problem... Cant say if it is not shown. hope you find a way to do it correctly.

Would this not be classed as a low side as it looks like he dipped down too low and lost the front end... I guess it was after that he was thrown high.

It happened so fast I'm not sure if it was just me getting on the throttle to much or if my tire slid out for some reason. I didn't think I was giving it too much but it's tough to say. Always hard to look back afterwards to figure out what you did. I'll definitely be more aware and focused next time though.

You can't see it too well in the video but when you play it back in slow motion you can see the rear end slide first, then catch traction again. Luckily I wasn't going very fast so it was a 'gentle' high side. Could have been a lot worse.
I had Pirelli DC3's on the bike, and yes I was running warmers.
