@JAB63096 Now, now. I never said anything about hating on either of the bands. I may have said that they're sellouts, but I don't hate them, I still enjoy their music. I've even used their music countless times in some of my older videos. Stone Sour is also still my favorite band, Jim Root is also my favorite guitarist. This conversation is over.

@JohnnyCage2000 Wow. That was completely inane. Both Slipknot and Stone Sour have done nothing but whatever the fuck they have wanted to. They liked to play Resident Evil, they remixed a song for a movie. The original song wasn't changed, the new one did suck. They wanted to be part of something they liked so they did. You guys really need to find something better to do with your time. If you don't like Stone Sour, FUCKING LEAVE DUMB SHIT.

@TheMegaghost85 I couldn't help but jump in o this little argument. Even though it may be true that Slipknot and Stone Sour are pretty much sold out, Slipknot were even selling themselves out even in the Iowa stages. They did the remix of My Plague for the shitty Resident Evil movie, and they appeared for a few seconds in the shitty movie Rollerball. Talk about sell-outs? They were getting involved with Hollywood, the biggest sellout in the history of the universe.

They are not the masks, Bother is a great song and not just becuase they made a few mellow songs doenst mean they sold out. Are you gana tell me they sold out becuase of the song Confessions? becuase its funk,metal,disco influenced? or Bitchslap for the same reasons?
Its your opinion that you dont like them but they havent sold out, if they did I would be the first to hate them. I have listened and seen most interviews and fan vids to know they are not who you say they are.

Yes I actually do know about it, Metalcore, deathcore, punk, pop rock, mainstream rock (most not all) I wouldnt listen to any music if the people behind it were doing it for money no matter how good they are. We dont have to like your crappy band that plays a bass with distortion,banjo strings and a drummer who synthesizes his voice and hits drums like bezerker to have our own music. I like CC,Braindrill,Kreator,Opeth,Obscura,Behemoth,Gorod,The faceless,Cryptopsy,Cynic do they sell out too?
