Sorry, but she still had a chance. The voice was there. But it wasn't the voice of a 20 year old and these idiots at her concert are stuck in 1990. Her career was mismanaged; she was in love with a horrible creature; she was not ready for a comeback; she needed to get with Aretha Franklin's people and reinvent Whitney. Depression leads to drug use. Even if you get clean, one humiliation sends you back to the pipe. Where was Clive Davis, the prick? Hers was one of the greatest voices ever.
