I have no idea why our nation does not invest in research and development of treatment programs. Our government openly spends money just to waste it to stimulate the economy. It is time we started spending on things that would benefit the people in addition to just spreading money around. Criminal anti-social behavior is a thinking disorder. These people have either damaged or deficient development of areas of the brain responsible for empathy and social responsibility.
