How quick can you factory restore an Asus Eee PC

I time the restore process using the hidden partition on the SSD drive of the Eee PC. How quick do you think it is?

  • i deleted all my recovery partitions, LIKE A BOSS!, but problem is now i have error 17 and no recovery discs or patitions. Can i make it work again ?

  • @mile123na try hitting f2. then go to advanced tab and turn off boot booster. then shut down and hit f9 when it comes back up. then you hit recovery.

  • wtf? my 4g asus ee pc does not have "boot booster" only quiq boot and i disabled both but still , f9 does nothing , help?

  • hey every time a start my ebox it puts me on to a recover cd/dvd popup with a blue background

    and it keeps making me recover a ghost on to the eeebox and this doesn't really do anything can anyone help?

  • Guys , i need some help

    I just got a Asus laptop yesterday and it was working fine until now.

    left it on for abit before i when back to login my profile.

    And now my laptop is just fucking stuck at the windows premium background.

    Nothing else appear , no taskbar , desktop icons , nothing.

    i tried to restart but it would not work.

    it just gave me a fucking resuming windows text and freezed up with the windows premium

    background.

    did not realise how to restart a laptop until a moments ago.

    everything running fine now.

  • I've been restoring my ASUS K53SV-XR1 for the past 35 minutes. If only there weren't so much bloat ware...
