Pokemon With The Moves:
Fly[You should already have this]
Waterfall [You should already have this]
Rock Climb[ You should already have this]
Rock Smash[You should already have this]
Repels
Dusk Balls
Master Balls [If you have]
[NOTE] Always SAVE! When you got to the Spear Pillar SAVE! Its for your own good.
[NOTE]I already got DIALGA & PALKIA..Now i am just showing you how to get them.

TUTORIAL IN DESCRIPTON:
1. Go to Celestic Town
2. Talk to the ELDER at the Brown House..[NORTH]
3.Fly to OREBURGH City
4. Ummm this one is kinda hard to tell but, You need to go to the Waterfall in Mt. Coronet.
5. After going to the waterfall go in the cave Pick up the items: Adamant Orb & Lustours Orb [Dunno how to spell it]
6. Go to Spear Pillar
7.SAVE When You got to SPEAR PILLAR!!!
8. If you see a blue PORTAL... Talk to it and DIALGA will fight you..To get PALKIA...After Catching DIALGA go inside the cave & come back...and PALKIA's Portal will be there

You don't need all the things you listed,you just need Waterfall,and the two orbs for them to appear.
