  • Get rid of the raw eggs, eliminate the giardia (which is the first phase of the 4R-Remove) and then continue with the 4R.

  • No raw eggs..that is my approach....but of course you will hear and read differently. I am giving you my experiences of what happened to me and clients, even from each raw, free range, etc eggs!

  • Ah, it is funny what you get out of a video. Just shows where your head is! Thanks for noticing and I hope you learned something other than that from the vid!

  • Ya like that!

  • Thanks!

  • That is somewhat true, but i have worked with clients, as well as myself in the past who got H.Pylori from eating free range, cage free, organic eggs, etc.

  • This is interesting. I have eaten 3-4 raw eggs in my shake for a few years up until a month ago. Never had a problem before but I am about 90% raw in my diet now. I guess it's dependent on the individual.

  • Awsome informaion vdeo. Thank you!

  • You missed out coeliac disease. A major cause of B12 deficiency.

  • @1RobertD --pick up one little book on Parasitology and you will have an abundance of answers.

  • I agree with everything you said in this video. ALso about the raw eggs, I did them a couple times. Then one day I put a hormone free organic egg in my protein shake blender drank it. The next day I had bad swollen glands and pain. I believe it was caused from the egg , I took antibiotics it helped a little.

  • LMAO
