[RMVX] Waltz of Vanity - Libera Blanca City

This time I'm showcasing one of the larger cities that you'll be visiting in Waltz of Vanity. Actually, this place plays a rather nice role in the story. There is 'lots' to do here. But I'll only be showing the North Sector and Town Center. Enjoy the tour.

@Leonheart324 Yea it's custom of sorts. It's no longer out anymore because the site that originally housed it is gone. It was a foreign one at that. Though, I'll be willing to share after I release Waltz :3

@Railkune Thanks, Do you have any idea how to Faces are drawn, that's the main thing. I'm making a custom menu for my game and need faces like that. (The 32*96 style) If that makes any sense

@Leonheart324 Well actually the script just takes the faceset and does it automatically. So I don't have any idea on how it does it really. I can look at the script for you though.
