Animated logo that would appear after the credits of a filmed show. No flashy network promos in those days.

  • Scarry, Bruahhhhhhaahah

  • That animated eye logo was used for a few years in the mid and late 50's and was last used about 1960.

  • I am surprised the illuminati theorists haven't commented how this logo wasn't a plot to brainwash us! lol

  • @mcy919 I saw it on "Miniature". FREAKED ME OUT!

  • The guy who said "This is CBS" back in 1989, BTW, was Alan Berns, who had been with the network since 1959.

  • The famous "animated shutter" version of the eye logo in the 1950s and 60s. Off network-delayed broadcasts by CBS used this as the closing end tag.

  • Yes, I have seen the one you're talking about. Those are Pennsylvania Dutch "hex" signs I think. I know what you mean. Curiously enough, I think of those as very nice things to have around and not at all scary!
