  • I've done this at the end of most of my workouts in the last months together with the TRX leghanging ab-pull in (don't know the name of the movement), this has basicly built up my strength and flexibility in my hips and abdominals that I'm almost cured from a 2 year old injury. Basicly I can't stand up more than 5 min without pains throughout the spinal muscles, But now I can take walks, I can do spinal compressing strength training. Changed my life for sure...!

  • Hey, you guys have some awesome videos. I didn't see anything on your site about foam rollers and I was wondering if you guys use them or recommend their use at all? Thank you guys, oh and your Pat's shirt reminds me of the "tuck rule" game, go Raiders!!!

  • @jay81rd "Go Raiders" That's sacrilege ! LOL. Myself I'm not partial to the foam roller. I find like many new tools they tend to be way overused. But I don;t speak for the coach on that one - just my own opinion there
