Paintings made by the children, a map of the world, pictures of animals; those are the kind of things you need on the walls of the class room. It`s a school and not a christian patriot brainwash camp.

Thank you for providing an excellent example of why having these phrases in our national mottoes IS endorsement of one religion. Personally, I don't think attempted indoctrination by one teacher (suggesting otherwise is disingenuous) can have much of an effect, except to inspire contempt for the teacher in the students, as I have contempt for my elementary school science teacher who insisted on starting every class with a prayer to Jesus. 400 forced prayers made no difference to my beliefs.

Did the font need to be so huge? I mean seriously, do you think he was pushing the subject a bit? Schools are no place deploying passive-aggressive nonsense. What if a teacher plastered the first amendment throughout the entire school? You would be furious!
