You can depend on your Lada on a cold day, that's for sure.

You prime it too much. If it in condition, pull choke halfway at -10 celsius and fullway at -20 celsius. Beyond that you can press 2 times gas pedal. If carburator is clean and ok, it should start with these instructions about within 1 to 2 crankshaft rotations.

@NesteHukka2 This is the famous Axtec carb so those instructions doesn't work.

is the gauge with sign of battery shows battery loading or battery conditon???

It's pretty noisy of course at higher speeds like 80+, but not too much for me though. :)

You mean driving position? Lada has a funny "Italian style" position, so steering wheel is way far from you and pedals is close. It takes while to get used to. Gear stick is pretty normal I think..?

That gauge shows a battery voltage, so for example you can see if alternator has some problems, like overcharging or undercharging, and you can see voltage drops, like in this video when I started.

@Samza92 Yhtenä juhannuksena mulla oli camoNivan konepelti pystyssä leirinnässä. Joku tuli kysyyn että onko ongelmia. Sanoin, että ei oo mitään ongelmia, mut grilli ei meinaa syttyä, niin otin kaljapulloon bensaa, kun on se kätevä käsikäyttönen vipu bensapumpussa. Samalla otin huikan kaljapullosta, ja syljin äkkiä pois, todeten:"ja tää muuten oli sitä bensaa" :D

Russians ordered plans for Lada engine from Italians, Lada engine is more modern that Fiat 124 pushrod engine. ...and Fiat 124 is far far far more difficult to find, in reasonable condition, cause of that Lada has sold lots of more the model, plus Italians actually aren't payed much attention to rust prevention. @Cytacon the 2105 is based on the Fiat 125 and 124, but aren't the same car. Anyway here any Fiat 124 in best condition ever are rustbuckets. in the Russian Federation the Lada 2105 and 2107 are sold NEW at less than 4500euros
