You can compare it with this example: Someone creates a song and put it on itunes. Someone bought the song and put it on youtube. Does the song belongs to the creater of the song? - Yes, it does!

And about the picture: There are people outside, who loves to steal art from others just for fun. Ok, this picture is old but I still dont want that someone steals it.
