New England Xmas Lights 2010

Happy Holidays! Seasons Greetings! Sit back, relax and take a look at some New England Xmas lights. Shot in Manchester, New Hampshire.

This is my most extensively composed video. I hesitate to call it edited. I shot this on my own, frequently while driving. I hope you will forgive me if the footage is not rock steady. Frankly I am surprised that no one called the police while I was filming.

I shot 111 clips and 72 of them made it into the final product. Did anyone spot the famous lamp?

Wow, Americans have so much more and so much prettier Christmas decoration... What I've seen in Europe is pathetic in comparison.

@SkallagrimNilsson Most houses don't have any decorations. It seems to vary from neighborhood to neighborhood. The wealthier folks tend to have the more tasteful displays. The last ones shown were in solid middle classed neighborhoods.

Even the wealthiest neighborhoods in Germany and Norway don't have such elaborate decorations. At least I've not seen any so far.
