That's totally true about fidgeting. It's called NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) and it can burn a surprising amount of calories!

I've got a lot of work to do on my weight. I know what to do though, and I have been successful thus far. Fingers crossed for an early spring.
