RE: Origin and Insertion Massage Techniques

It's something I learned briefly in my second year of massage school but we didn't get into it much. I was just wondering if you used it and if you could show some other variations but no worries! Client's seem to be less sore, because the muscle is not being stretched as in a regular massage...Just a tool in a tool box 8-)

Great video tutorials, i knew massages could relief pain and so on, but never thought of the useability. I am stressed myself and when i saw your video's and started to use it on myself i noticed it that pain got reduced even. Thanks for the vids, keep on making them please, very usefull :)
