  • they should change the name of it to gouch since it hurts

  • There's a lot of shit published on the web about gout. The best way to get shot of the fucker is a complete change of life-style. I gave up booze, drugs, junk food, and started taking regular exercise, early nights and Cherry Active concentrate. I've been gout-free for 2 years, my relationship with my family has improved 110% and I feel much happier about myself.

  • @08hamster I realy appreciate what your saying but as you can imagine its easier said than done.

  • @Tritonprince ones high in purines, eg spinach. Legumes should also be avoided.

  • Great video really enjoyed your video on arthrits and gout.

Keep up the great efforts to help other .

  • Hi, I was wondering if the acid built up from toxins being released & flushed out can cause gout or bring on a gout attack?

    Thank you, Clinton

  • Every case of gout is different. I can eat anything and drink anything...except for beer. Thats what gives me "the toe"

  • I eat three bananas a day, religiously, and am in the throes of a major gout attack right now. Don't drink, don't eat much in the way of red meat. I eat pretty good, actually. There's a lot more to it, but bananas certainly won't hurt...the gout is what hurts.

Just the breeze from the ceiling fan hurts my toe!

  • CORRECTION - Fat, Sick and nearly dead.

  • heres a good suggestion - watch Fat, Sick and near Death a docu about a mid age aussie juicing for 60 days and getting healthy. Its very informative and entertaining. Netflix stream is available. I watch it regurarly to help me stay on track.

  • there is a ton of contradiction out there as far as what is good and what is bad. I definately know that when Im eating healthy, NO GOUT; when I stray off course and eat red meat and things we all know is not good for us, guess what? Gout!!!Id been free from any signs for over a year and started having an occasional burger and other junk foods and it came back. You absolutely have to watch the alcohol also. Red wine will hit me hard. Gout too :)
