The only delusional ones are the people who actually believe this garbage. Microchips in peoples heads controlled by the government in an effort to turn people to depravity? Yeah. And the moon landing was staged, Obama was born in Kenya, and Bush was behind 9/11.

Good video. IMO, the info about satellites controlling thoughts etc might be true but most likely is not. I used to visit a forum where this idea was pushed almost every day. I was almost convinced. Again, IMO, it is done but not by satellite. When making complaints or videos they want your message to sound like a person with mental illness. U R NOT but that's the way they want you to sound. Any LE who hears about satellites, lasers etc will ignore you.
